Well-equipped with good facilities. Convenient for tour buses and business travelers. Clean and spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and ample hot water. Helpful and friendly staff. Excellent albeit pricey breakfast. Difficult to find taxis, but subway nearby for easy public transportation access.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was great, with the room being cleaned daily and the bed being super comfortable. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the rooftop pool which was never too crowded. We also enjoyed the sauna, steam room, and gym, all free to use. The location was convenient, with the hotel being very close to the MRT Lumphini station, providing easy access to the rest of the city. Although not near any particular tourist spots, the hotel was located down a small street, ensuring a peaceful stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast provided was great.
